Weber scored his 13th goal -- and 10th on the man advantage -- to go along with an assist Thursday in a 6-3 loss to Philadelphia.

Incredibly, this is the star blueliner's fourth career foray into double-digit power-play goals -- last year, only one blueliner (Oliver Ekman-Larsson) hit that mark, although Justin Faulk's actually leading Weber with a cool dozen this year. The Preds haven't had a good year, which has caused Weber's rating to take a plunge into career-worst territory, but he's simply too productive to let it get out of control. At 30 years old, he's not showing any signs of a real slowdown yet -- in fact, he's currently on pace to clear 50 points for the third time in his career.

Rinne made 28 saves Saturday to record his 20th win of the season in a 6-2 victory over the Sharks.

It's Rinne's first win since the All-Star break. His numbers have been down this year, but that only means you can probably poach him from a concerned keeper owner. Go inquire -- you might just score yourself a winning 2016-17. And a solid finish to the 2015-16.

News
Johansen broke up a brief slump Thursday with a goal, an assist and a plus-2 rating in a 6-3 loss to Philadelphia. He also won 16 of 19 faceoffs.

That adds up to a dominant effort from Johansen, but unfortunately, the Preds' other lines -- particularly the Mike Ribeiro-led second unit -- got undressed by the Flyers' offense. He'd been held off the board in three of the last four games coming in, but is still producing at a point-per-game pace since joining the Predators, and there's no reason he shouldn't be able to approximately maintain that pace down the stretch.

News
Josi picked up a power-play assist and an even-strength assist while going minus-1 Thursday in a loss to the Flyers.

While Josi's put up points with consistency all year long, he'd hit a bit of a cooling period prior to Thursday's effort, having put up just four points in his last 10 games and no multi-point efforts since Dec. 8. He and Shea Weber continue to patrol the territory in front of Pekka Rinne for big chunks of every game, but the goalie's reduced effectiveness this season has caused a plus-minus dip for both star defensemen.

News
Forsberg had a goal and two assists in Saturday's 6-2 win over San Jose. He finished plus-3.

Forsberg has had a down season after such a remarkable rookie 2014-15. This was his first multi-point game since Dec. 26 and the points snapped a four-game slump. Sophomore slump? Probably and that makes him a desirable mark in trade talks. Forsberg's owners might be feeling queasy and the burgeoning star might be had for a slight discount.
