News
Miller stopped 33 of 34 shots in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the Coyotes.

Miller bailed the Canucks out in this one, allowing them to win a game in which they were out-shot 34-26 by turning away all but one Arizona attempt. The veteran netminder broke a five-game winless drought with the effort, although his six total goals allowed over his last four appearances indicate that the losing streak wasn't entirely his fault. Miller's 12-15-8 record this season is indicative of his place as a middling fantasy option.

News
Burrows recorded an assist, a plus-1 rating and a shot on goal in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Avalanche.

Burrows now has assists in two straight games after failing to break onto the scoresheet in the previous four games. He still has just six points in his last 15 games, however. It doesn't look as though the 34-year-old wing will be making an offensive breakout anytime soon and doesn't have much to add to your team on the fantasy front.

Injuries
Leg - Out until at least Apr 1 (Updated - 2/12/16)
News
Edler has been dealt a six-week timetable for his return from a fractured fibula.

A big loss for the Canucks, Edler's long-term absence will force the club to shuffle their defensive pairings to account for the loss of team's leader in average ice time. In addition, the Canucks lost a valuable contributor on the power play. It appears Chris Tanev may be the biggest beneficiary on that front, receiving 3:13 of power play time in the last game compared to an average of 1:06 on the season. Edler's status should continue to receive updates as he begins the road to recovery, but a return remains a ways off at this point.

News
Hansen scored a goal and finished with a plus-1 rating in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the Coyotes.

Hansen had gone without a point in his last four games after recording a hat trick on Jan. 23, but a matchup against the underwhelming Coyotes defense was just what he needed to get back on track. The Dane is currently playing in a potentially productive spot alongside the Sedin twins on Vancouver's top line, and is worth monitoring as long as he stays in that role.

Injuries
Illness - Day-To-Day (Updated - 2/11/16)
News
Dorsett (illness) won't play Wednesday against Arizona.

With Dorsett unavailable, Jared McCann will slot into the lineup as a bottom-six forward against the Coyotes. Expect an update on Dorsett's status ahead of Saturday's matchup with Toronto.

Injuries
Jaw - Out until at least Apr 1 (Updated - 2/12/16)
News
Sutter (jaw) is expected to miss between six and eight weeks following successful surgery on his jaw.

Sutter's impact has been minimal (nine points in 20 games) this season due to injury, and the newest issue could wind up costing him the remainder of the regular season if it's closer to eight weeks than six. The Canucks had been used to playing without him, but his absence will likely result in more lineup appearances for Adam Cracknell and the newly-recalled Alex Friesen.

News
Markstrom stopped 29 of 30 shots and recorded a rare assist in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Avalanche.

Markstrom has won five of his last six games, including four straight. While he may not be taking over starting duties anytime soon, he continues to perform well in his backup role. Whenever he's starting, Markstrom is definitely worth a look.

News
Horvat filled the scoresheet with a goal, an assist, a plus-2 rating, two PIM and four blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Avalanche.

Horvat continues to be on a roll, as he's scored eight goals in the last 14 games after only scoring two in his previous 39 outings. The one blemish on his otherwise stellar record of late is his minus-8 rating in that same 14 game span. Despite that, you should still feel comfortable putting him in your lineup on a nightly basis.
