--Defenseman Sheldon Souray is going to be out for one to two weeks while he waits for his sore shoulder to feel better.

"We're just going to let it settle down and see how it responds," said head coach Craig MacTavish. "Much like we did the last time, and try and get him back in there in a week or two."

--Defenseman Tom Gilbert seems to have hit a bit of a wall. He's minus nine in his last six games. He was minus four last week in Washington and was minus two Tuesday in the loss to San Jose.
