--D Ed Jovanovski had an assist, tying his career high (48) in points.

--The Coyotes, who had been called for only one penalty in each of the first two periods, were hit with five in the third.

--The Coyotes took 39 shots, 30 of them in the first two periods.

The winning goalie, Carey Price, is Coyotes RW Shane Doan's cousin.

"A tie game at home, you get the lead, you expect to win that game," Doan said. "We give up the lead in the third period when we just worked to get it, that's pretty disappointing, frustrating."
