BRUSSELS -- South African double-amputee Oscar Pistorius finished fourth in a 400-meter race in Belgium on Saturday.

Belgium's Jonathan Borlee won in 44.91 seconds. Pistorius crossed in 46.28, trailing American Manteo Mitchell and Australian Joel Milburn at the KBC Night of Athletics in Heusden-Zolder.

This week, Pistorius was selected by South Africa to become the first amputee track athlete to compete in the Olympics.
