Report: Brandon Knight to ink five-year deal with Suns

Free-agent guard Brandon Knight is expected to sign a five-year deal with the Suns once the free-agency period opens on July 1, per the Racine Journal-Times

Knight, who was traded to the Suns by the Bucks during last season, will receive around $70 million fro the deal, which will pair him with fellow guard Eric Bledsoe in the Suns backcourt. 

Knight played just 11 games with the Suns last season, as an ankle injury caused him to miss 16 of the team's last 17 contests.

Report: PF Jon Leuer to stick around with Suns

The Suns are planning to keep veteran power forward Jon Leuer, whom they acquired for their second-round pick Thursday, per the Arizona Republic.

Leuer is owed $1 million that becomes guaranteed Tuesday.

Suns acquire PF Jon Leuer from Grizzlies

The Suns acquired power forward Jon Leuer from the Grizzlies with a draft-day trade that included second-round pick Andrew Harrison, the Suns announced via their website.

Leuer, a four-year player, played in a a career-high 63 games for the Grizzlies last season, averaging 4.5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.

Suns F Danny Granger opts into contract for next season

Forward Danny Granger has decided to opt into his contract with the Suns for next season, the team announced.

He will receive $2.1 million in the 2015-16 season. In 30 games last season, Granger averaged 6.3 points and 2.7 rebounds.
