TORONTO -- Jason Garey and Jacob Thomas scored second-half goals and the Columbus Crew posted a 2-1 victory Saturday that snapped their winless streak at seven games and extended Toronto FC's skid to 11 games.

In other matches, the New York Red Bulls drew 2-2 with the New England Revolution, Real Salt Lake beat the Colorado Rapids 1-0 and Chivas USA edged the Kansas City Wizards 2-1.

Miguel Canizalez scored in the second minute for Toronto, breaking the team's scoreless drought after 824 minutes. Canizalez fired from close range after Columbus failed to clear a Jim Brennan cross from the left.

Columbus tied the game in the 61st minute when Eddie Gaven crossed for Garey to score unchallenged.

With seven minutes to play, Thomas netted the winner. A substitute, he skipped over a challenge from Brennan and outpaced Andy Boyens before firing a low shot past Toronto goalie Kenny Stamatopoulos.

Juan Pablo Angel scored with six minutes remaining to lift New York into a draw with New England at East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Angel's goal -- his 16th in just 20 games -- tied the franchise's single-season scoring record set by Adolfo Valenica in the 2000 season.

Taylor Twellman scored twice for New England, moving into sole possession of fifth place on the Major League Soccer's career scoring list with 89.

Rookie Francis Doe, a Liberian national making only his second start this season, stole the ball at the 35-yard line and found the streaking Angel, who sent a low shot past Revolution goalkeeper Matt Reis to tie the score at 1-1. Doe also scored his first MLS goal for New York on Saturday.

Twellman pushed New England ahead 2-1 with his second goal, in the 70th minute.

Kyle Brown scored off a rebound in the 30th minute to lead Real Salt Lake to a home win over Colorado.

The victory snapped a four-game winless streak, and kept Salt Lake from being eliminated from the playoff race with four games remaining in the regular season.

Goalkeeper Bouna Coundoul kept Salt Lake off the board with a diving, one-handed save of Chris Brown's shot from the left side in the 30th minute. But he could not regain his feet in time to stop Kyle Brown from taking control of the rebound in front of the net and knocking in his second goal of the season.

Ante Razov scored in second-half injury time at Los Angeles to lead Chivas USA over Kansas City.

Chivas USA clinched a playoff spot for the second consecutive season before the game was over when Real Salt Lake beat Colorado.

Razov opened the scoring in the 69th minute but Kansas City's Eloy Colombano tied it just three minutes later. In the extra time, Razov curled a 22-yarder past Kansas City's Kevin Hartman to give Chivas the victory.
