COMMERCE CITY, Colo. -- Conor Casey scored twice, leading the Colorado Rapids to a 2-1 win over the Kansas City Wizards on Saturday.

Casey's unassisted second goal in the 47th minute broke a 1-1 tie. Casey scored in the 11th minute, after his first shot went wide left, to give the Rapids (7-10-3) the early lead. Terry Cooke and Mehdi Ballouchy assisted on the goal.

Michael Harrington evened it up for Kansas City (6-7-7) in the 44th minute on an unassisted goal.
