HOUSTON -- Nate Jaqua scored two goals and Kei Kamara had two assists to lead the Houston Dynamo to a 3-1 victory over the Kansas City Wizards on Sunday.
Brad Davis also scored and Tony Caig made one save for Houston, which won its fourth straight home game to increase its lead in the Western Conference.
The Dynamo (10-5-8) is the only team in the West with 10 wins and leads second- place Real Salt Lake by seven points.
Texan Davey Arnaud scored the only goal for the Wizards in the 87th minute. Goalkeeper Kevin Hartman made seven saves for Kansas City, which has lost seven of its last eight -- including four straight on the road.
Davis opened the scoring in the 28th minute, taking a pass from Kamara and firing a left-footed shot from just inside the Kansas City box.
Jaqua scored two goals in the second half, beating Hartman in the 54th and 68th minutes. Jaqua has four goals in seven games with Houston.
