SOFIA, Bulgaria (AP) -Striker Zdravko Lazarov returned to the Bulgaria squad Sunday for the European Championship qualifiers against Romania and Slovenia.
Bulgaria coach Dimitar Penev will be without injured strikers Valeri Bojinov and Svetoslav Todorov for the games against Romania in Sofia on Nov. 17 and at Slovenia on Nov. 21.
Bulgaria is third in Group G with 19 points from 10 games. Romania leads with 26 points, three ahead of the Netherlands.
