German announcers excited by Mario Gotze's World Cup-winning goal
They seem to have been pleased with what was happening on the field.
Yeah, that's not the most surprising headline. I would assume the vast majority of Germany lost its collective mind when Mario Gotze scored in the 113th minute to lift his side over Argentina in the World Cup final.
But listening to the call from German announcers is fun.
I like what I assume to be the color commentator just screaming. At first he's not even shouting a word -- he begins screaming "goooooaaaaaallll!!!!!!" at some point -- he's just yelling. And then the play-by-play guy is like, 'forget it, I'm losing my voice.' It's awesome.
