World Cup 2018 odds: Germany early favorite to repeat; US 50-to-1

We're now approaching 24 hours since the World Cup ended in Brazil, so we're already a bit behind in projecting what will happen in four years.

Not anymore! Odds for the 2018 World Cup in Russia are out, and the Germans are due to repeat. 

At 5/1, Germany is the early favorite, followed by Argentina (8/1), Brazil (8/1), Spain (8/1), France (10/1), Holland (12/1), Italy (15/1), and Belgium (15/1).

The United States and Mexico are tops of the CONCACAF sides, both at 50/1 followed by surprise performer Costa Rica, who sits at 200/1. Canada is 500/1 and Guam is 2500/1. Good value there, maybe.

Russia's World Cup is four years away, so these odds are subject to change.
