As we open the second matchup in Round 2 of SPiN's Hottie Hall of Fame, we have to take care of a little tie we had a few weeks ago.
Voting for the May matchup ended in our first 50-50 deadlock, and we were forced to take drastic measures. After the waterboarding was done, the decision was made to have one matchup, Carrie Underwood vs. Jessica Simpson, in May and the other in June.
Despite the confusion, people slowly adjusted, and the HHOF is right back on course.
Perhaps more than any meeting before this, June's HHOF showdown features a pair of combatants ready to scratch the eyes out of their opponent's heads.
Last month had a former and current girlfriend do battle, but there was a span of time between the two relationships. This time, things are a little more heated.
In the end, only one girl got the guy.
Such is the case with the HHOF. Only one beauty will advance, the other left to face the scorn and embarrassment of such a huge loss.
