WIMBLEDON, England (AP) -Former French Open champion Anastasia Myskina withdrew from Wimbledon on Tuesday with a foot injury.
Myskina reached the quarterfinals at Wimbledon the past two years.
Last month, she lost 6-1, 6-0 to Meghann Shaughnessy in the first round of the French Open for her seventh straight loss since August when she injured a toe on her left foot.
Myskina had surgery for the problem in January, which forced her to miss the Australian Open.
Her ranking has fallen from No. 3 in 2004 - the year she won at Roland Garros - to No. 76.
Thailand's Paradorn Srichaphan also withdrew with a right wrist injury, Wimbledon referee Andrew Jarrett said. Paradorn may need surgery to correct the problem, his father Chanachai Srichaphan told the player's official Web site.
In 2002, Paradorn defeated then third-seed Andre Agassi in the second round but lost in the third round. He's now ranked 77 in the world.
Paradorn also withdrew from the French Open and exited in the first round of the Australian Open. He was replaced in the Wimbledon draw by Italy's Davide Sanguinetti.
Also in women's play, China's Jie Zheng, who is ranked 60, withdrew with a left ankle injury, and Italy's Romina Oprandi, who is No. 122, is out with a right forearm injury.
Colombia's Catalina Castano, Hungary's Melinda Czink and Israel's Anna Smashnova enter the women's draw as replacements for Wimbledon, which runs June 25-July 8.
