Right-hander Mat Latos, along with a bevy of players from the Braves including Alex Wood and Jim Johnson, would go to Dodgers. Infield prospect Hector Olivera, along with Michael Morse and a Marlins draft pick, would go to the Braves. The Marlins would get three lower-level pitching prospects from the Dodgers system.
Earlier on Wednesday, sources confirmed to our own Jon Heyman that Latos and Morse were headed to LA, along with a draft pick, for prospects. But the deal has hit a snag, so Morse and Latos remain with the Marlins for now, new reports say.
