Jameis Winston may come up with plenty of off-field concerns but in a division boasting the likes of Drew Brees, Matt Ryan and Cam Newton, Tampa Bay doesn't have much choice but to gamble on the best quarterback in the draft.
With Week 17 in the books and the playoff matchups settled, we're left with some interesting quarterback matchups in the wild-card round. And perhaps no two QBs are feeling more pressure to win than Matthew Stafford and Tony Romo.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers possess the No. 1 overall pick of the 2015 NFL Draft. For now, Oregon's Marcus Mariota appears to be the favorite to be their choice. If Jameis Winston performs well on and off the field over the coming months, however, it could be the former and not the latter Heisman Trophy winner who ultimately hears his name called first on draft day.
