The NFL combine is the most important step in the NFL Draft process for the majority of prospects as hundreds of players travel to Indianapolis to be poked and prodded by 32 NFL teams. And there are several interesting snubs and surprises on the invitation list for the 2015 NFL combine.
For scouts, the competition and talent at the line of scrimmage at the Senior Bowl is about as good as it gets. Among the early standouts this week have been Iowa defensive tackle Carl Davis and Washington's Danny Shelton. Small-schooler Ali Marpet has also made a name for himself.
