The Houston Texans have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with veteran linebacker Tim Dobbins, according to reports. Dobbins, a seven-year veteran, is a key reserve for the Texans' defense and serves as a captain on special teams. In 2012, Dobbins had 43 tackles in 14 games.
