Purchasing Manager
Position: Full Time
Requirements:This position requires broad experience in purchasing including strong negotiation skills and preferably experience in contract negotiation for services such as telecommunications service, commercial printing,and travel. College education is preferred. Position also requires supervision experience.
Description:Develop formalized purchasing policies and manage their adherence throughout the Company. Manage the ongoing development of the purchasing policies and procedures. Negotiate contracts for services such as telecommunications, office cleaning and maintenance, travel and equipment service contracts. Manage the purchase of commercial printing and other printed material(business cards and stationery). Assist in negotiating the lease or purchase of office equipment and the purchase of general supplies. Assist in the procurement of merchandise for sales in the Company's online store. Manage the implementation of purchase order system software including development of reports and month end procedures, if required. Perform other tasks as required from time to time.
