JILL ARRINGTON

Jill Arrington joined CBS Sports in September 2000 as a reporter for the CBS Television Network's coverage of college football. She also contributed reports for THE NFL TODAY, the Network's NFL pre-game

studio show, and will do so once again this season. In addition, Arrington will contribute feature reports during the Network's late night coverage of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships. She also serves as a reporter and host for TNN's coverage of the Arena Football League.

Arrington had previously been with FOX Sports, where she served as host/anchor of "NFL Under the Helmet" (1999-2000) and as a reporter for its coverage of the NFL and women's tennis. She began her career as a production assistant at CNN in 1993. From 1994 through 2000, she was a producer/correspondent for "Main Floor" and "Real TV," while also serving as afternoon and evening anchor of "ReporterTV.com," an Internet

Arrington was graduated in 1994 with a degree in broadcast journalism and political science from the University of Miami, where she was a member of the varsity tennis team. Her father, Rick Arrington, played quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs (1965-66), the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes (1967-69) and the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles (1970-73). She was born July 27, 1972 in Conyers, Ga., and lives in Beverly Hills, Calif.
