1-20

21 Orpheus Roye DE Pittsburgh 4 yrs.
Consistent choice of personnel men for this year's free agent diamond in the rough. (Signed with Browns)
22 Reggie Tongue SS Kansas City 4 yrs.
Not particularly solid in pass coverage, but he's young (26) and relishes contact against the running game (Signed with Seahawks).
23 Rob Burnett DE Baltimore 10 yrs.
Nice comeback year in '99 after a couple injury-ravaged seasons; still might have 2-3 good seasons left. (Re-signed with Ravens)
24 Shannon Sharpe TE Denver 10 yrs.
Coming off collarbone injury and not a pure tight end, will have to get into system similar to Denver offense. (Signed with Ravens)
25 Joe Bowden LB Tennessee 8 yrs.
Annual knock is his lack of height, but he can stack and play over the tight end at times; savvy performer.
26 Bruce Armstrong OT New England 13 yrs.
Clearly in decline but, like Randall McDaniel, he might catch on with contender seeking cagey old veteran.
27 Marco Coleman DE Washington 8 yrs.
Has finally learned he'll never be great pass rusher and plays within himself; 'Skins loved his leadership. (Re-signed with the Redskins)
28 Bobby Engram WR Chicago 4 yrs.
Doesn't run well but good hands; the consummate No. 2 possession receiver every offense needs.
29 Keith McKenzie DE Green Bay 4 yrs.
Notched 16 sacks in two seasons as situational rusher; most people feel he'll wear down physically as full-time player (Signed with Browns).
30 Percy Ellsworth FS New York Giants 4 yrs.
Career-best six interceptions this season; nice size and flows pretty well to the football (Signed with Browns).
31 Tim Ruddy C Miami 6 yrs.
Hardly as physical as you'd like; wants to stay in Miami and a good chance he'll be re-signed by the Dolphins. (Re-signed with Dolphins)
32 Phillippi Sparks CB New York Giants 8 yrs.
Still has the tools but rarely plays to physical potential and starting to get a little too brittle.
33 Lee Woodall LB San Francisco 6 yrs.
He's a step slower than two years ago but still capable of being a solid defender for several more seasons.
34 Shawn Wooden SS Miami 4 yrs.
Looks the part and sometimes play the part, but really needs to be more consistent in almost every phase.
35 Fred Miller OT St. Louis 4 yrs.
Played well in Super Bowl; has big body and still developing at age 27; a very interesting player. (Signed with Titans)
36 Ben Coleman OG Jacksonville 7 yrs.
Doesn't get the respect he deserves; very bright and can move out and play some tackle if necessary.
37 Steve Israel CB New England 8 yrs.
Pure cover player who won't hit many people; retains super burst to ball but is kind of on the frail side.
38 Qadry Ismail WR Baltimore 8 yrs.
Had more catches, yards and touchdowns in '99 than in previous three seasons; wonder if he can repeat it.
39 Stanley Pritchett FB Miami 4 yrs.
The prototype block-catch fullback who won't get upset at not handling the ball more than 30 times a year.
40 Neil O'Donnell QB Tennessee 10 yrs.
Has settled nicely into the backup's mentality; seems to have gained a selfless bent in his later years. (Re-signed with Titans)
