32. Cleveland - WR - Danny Farmer - UCLA
Browns looking to give Couch another weapon on the outside and Farmer has the best set of hands in this class. He would be a perfect compliment for speedy Kevin Johnson.

33. New Orleans - DE - John Engelberger - Virginia Tech
Saints need to add a quality pass rusher and Engelberger would be a fine addition here. They are interested in trading this pick for Carl Pickens.

34. Cincinnati - RB - J.R. Redmond - Arizona State
Bengals have to prepare to move Corey Dillon and Redmond gives them a quality replacement to make a draft-day trade.

35. San Francisco - QB - Giovanni Carmazzi - Hofstra
Niners have to turn the page on their offense with a young passer for the future. Carmazzi fits their offense well with the mobility, arm strength and smarts to be a nice surprise in a few seasons.

36. Philadelphia - TE - Anthony Becht - West Virginia
Eagles are looking to add playmakers at tight end and wideout and Becht is a high priority at this pick.

37. Atlanta - DT - Cornelius Griffin - Alabama
Falcons want to draft a top defensive lineman and Griffin gives them versatility on their front four.

38. Pittsburgh - LB - John Abraham - South Carolina
Steelers jump on one of the best 'tweeners in this class who should flourish as an attack linebacker in their 3-4 scheme.

39. Chicago - DE - Erik Flowers - Arizona State
Bears are looking to add front seven defenders with the ability to get after the passer and Flowers is flying up the charts.

40. Denver - CB - Rashard Anderson - Jackson State
Broncos have some problems in their secondary and look to add one of the top cover men on the first day.

41. Arizona - DT - Darwin Walker - Tennessee
Cards need to rebuild along their front four quickly with their biggest need on the inside.

42. New York Giants - OT - Marvel Smith - Arizona State
Giants looking to add a quality left tackle and Smith would be too good to pass on here. He has the ability to start immediately at left guard.

43. San Diego - OT - Adrian Klemm - Hawaii
Chargers looking to bring in talent for their offensive line and Klemm is a well-developed pass protector on the left side.

44. Green Bay - DE - Adalius Thomas - Southern Mississippi
Packers need playmakers on their defensive front seven with pass rushers the highest priority.

45. Denver (from Baltimore) - WR - Ron Dugans - Florida State
Broncos looking to bring in a quality No. 3 receiver in this deep class and Dugans is a fine prospect with well-developed skills to contribute immediately.

46. New England - RB - Travis Prentice - Miami (Ohio)
Patriots need a feature back and Prentice combines nice size and speed. The Pats are also interested in an offensive tackle here and a front seven defender like LB Na'il Diggs.

47. Oakland - K - Sebastian Janikowski - Florida State
Raiders know the value of a top kicker and Janikowski is a defensive weapon who dictates field position.

48. San Francisco (from New York Jets) - LB - Raynoch Thompson - Tennessee
The Niners need to add a playmaker at linebacker for their defense and Thompson is a great addition this late in the draft.

49. Dallas - CB - Lewis Sanders - Maryland
Cowboys will have to address their secondary especially on the corner and Lewis is a prime candidate at this point of the draft.

50. Detroit - G - Cosey Coleman - Tennessee
Lions are looking to add a top guard prospect and Coleman is an athletic lineman with the upside to be the best in the class.

51. Carolina - OT - Michael Thompson - Tennessee State
Panthers want to address their offensive line on the first day and the chance to land a quality left tackle here would be a welcome addition.

52. Seattle - C - John St. Clair - Virginia
Seahawks grab the premier center in this draft class who can also play guard.

53. Miami - WR - R. Jay Soward - USC
Dolphins add one of the best playmakers in this draft class for both their passing and return game.

54. Kansas City - CB - Ike Charlton - Virginia Tech
Chiefs need help in their secondary and Charlton can play immediately as a nickel corner and carries an early starting grade.

55. Minnesota - CB - Mario Edwards - Florida State
Vikings will address their secondary with several picks and Edwards may turn out to be fine value this late in the draft.

56. Minnesota (from Washington) - G - Chad Clifton - Tennessee
Vikings offensive line took several big hits and Clifton gives them a lineman who is ready to help this season.

57. Tampa Bay - LB - Brandon Short - Penn State
Bucs have an opening in the middle and Short would be a fine addition with an early starting grade and the ability to fill a few roles.

58. Buffalo - LB - Na'il Diggs - Ohio State
Bills looking to add a top pass rusher and Diggs is an absolute steal at this point of the draft.

59. Indianapolis - LB - Dustin Lyman - Wake Forest
Colts looking for a mikeman and Lyman will be a surprise early pick after a huge NFL Combine effort.

60. Jacksonville - WR - Darrell Jackson - Florida
Jaguars looking to improve their three wideout set and Jackson would be a fine addition at this point.

61. Tennessee - LB - Barrett Green - West Virginia
Titans will most likely draft into the strength of the draft at both wideout and linebacker during the first day.

62. St. Louis - DE - Mao Tosi - Idaho
Rams need frontline help and Tosi has ability to rush the passer with the nice upside potential to be a big-time defender.
