1991-2000: College football's most underrated and overrated teams
SportsLine.com took each of the past 10 preseason and postseason polls from The Associated Press and assigned 25 points for a first-place vote, 24 for second place ... down to one point for finishing 25th.
Then we added each team's points from the past 10 seasons, giving us a snapshot of which programs have been the most underrated and overrated in the past decade.
Teams with positive points defied the prognosticators in a good way, while those at the bottom of the list with negative points are the ones who most often failed to live up to expectations.
