Rex Grossman's four interceptions at Auburn opened the door for the Gators' stunning collapse, but coach Steve Spurrier is sticking with his guy, acknowledging that not all of the picks were Grossman's fault and that he's earned the right to go the distance. No Florida quarterback has avoided Spurrier's platooning ways since 1996, when Danny Wuerffel brought home the Heisman and a national title. But, hey, Grossman is the top-rated quarterback in the nation and with several big games ahead -- like this one -- he could be a big factor in this year's Heisman, rare for a sophomore.

A key factor in Florida's loss to the Tigers was the ineptitude of its running game. With Earnest Graham out with a sprained ankle, Florida lost 36 yards on 18 carries. Georgia hopes to make the Gator attack one-dimensional as well, but will have it tougher than Auburn did because Graham is back. Spurrier plans on getting Graham involved early and has even talked about getting third-stringer Ran Carthon into the mix, particularly if Robert Gillespie's sprained ankle doesn't heal. Georgia's strong front seven has been tough against the run all year, ranking fifth in the conference. Linebackers Boss Bailey and Tony Gilbert cover the entire field and get plenty of help from senior rover Jermaine Phillips.

Gator receivers Jabar Gaffney (37 catches, 717 yards, 7 TDs) and Reche Caldwell (34 for 603, 7 TDs) should improve on their All-America-caliber numbers against a Georgia secondary that gave up a season-high 377 passing yards to Kentucky's Jared Lorenzen last week.
