Under terms of the NBA rookie salary scale, Glover, the 20th overall pick in last month's draft, must be paid $744,500 the first year, $800,400 the second and $856,200 the third. Exact terms weren't revealed.

The 6-foot-5 Glover was the third-leading freshman scorer in the nation in 1997-98, averaging 18.4 points for Georgia Tech.

He missed last season after he tore left knee ligaments during his first practice as a sophomore.

The Hawks signed their other first-round choices, Jason Terry and Cal Bowdler, on Wednesday.
