Coach's Edge -- CBS SportsLine

The Trojans will line up in a strong right formation with their feature back, Delon Washington (#24) alone in the backfield. The key to the Trojan trap is the mobility of the left offensive line. Both Pounds (#73) and Brymer (#67) pull to the right side as the ball is snapped. The tight end (15) lets his man through, and takes on the linebacker. Brymer kicks out the defensive end (the "trap" block), and Pounds leads for Washington. The play is set up by an initial fake to the left by Washington. This counter step freezes the linebackers and allows time for the pulling action by the offensive line be carried out.

It's free, and it is worth the effort.)
