Once a non-member obtains a User ID and Password, they may use this User ID and Password anytime they wish to participate in any CBS Sportsline sweepstakes or contest. There is no fee to obtain a User ID and Password. Contestants may not play with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may contestants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple contestants. Any contestant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times, will be disqualified. Contestants participating on-line, or off-line, using the toll-free number, may enter only once per round. Attempts to enter multiple times for any single round will result in disqualification.

Beginning at 8:00 PM (ET) 3/12/00 through 7:00PM (ET) 4/03/00 you may enter Oldsmobile's March Madness ^TM Car Craze Contest on-line. To enter, access the CBS SportsLine website at http://cbs.sportsline.com/u/contests/madness/2000/gm/index.html. Once at the URL, follow the on-screen instructions to provide your entry information. Or, you may enter off-line by calling 1-800-897-1100 from a touch-tone phone and following the teleprompts. Entries made by phone will be subject to the same entry deadlines listed in the schedule below. To be eligible for prize drawing, entrants must pick at least 50% of the winners for the total number of games to be played in the upcoming round except for the Championship game for which the one winning team must be selected.

Entrants may choose to attempt to correctly pick the winners for all six rounds all at once, prior to the start of the tournament. Such entries must be submitted by 11:59 AM, 3/16/00. Such entrants will be permitted to change their selections after their selections have been submitted prior to the deadline of each round. Limit one such entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY:
Contest offered only in the 50 United States and D.C., to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older and who have a valid current driver's license. Employees of SportsLine.com, Inc., CBS Corporation, the NCAAź and its member institutions, General Motors Corporation and General Motors dealerships, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sister divisions, agencies and members of the immediate families or households of each of the above are not eligible to play.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one prize per person, household, or eligible e-mail address for the entire promotional period. Use of multiple e-mail addresses, multiple identities or the use of any other device or artifice to redeem multiple prizes is deemed invalid. GM reserves the right to disqualify consumers who violate any of the official rules or attempt to interfere with the promotion in any manner. If disqualified, GM reserves the right to terminate a consumer's eligibility to participate in the current promotion as well as all future GM promotions. On-Line entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified by e-mail (if appropriate) and/or postal mail. Winners who entered on-line will be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry by e-mail reply within 5 days upon receipt of the e-mail. All winners will be sent, by Federal Express, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted), which must be completed and returned within 10 days of the receipt of the forms (first attempted delivery). If prize is won by a person 18 years of age, who is a resident of Alabama or Nebraska, or a person 18-20 years of age who is a resident of Mississippi, it will be awarded in winner's name to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents.
