If you are a SportsLine Rewards Subscriber, or a SportsLine Member, you may enter by submitting your ID and Password. Non-members may obtain a SportsLine user ID and password by clicking on the "Sign Me Up" button and completing the registration form:

You will be asked to provide your name, address and e-mail address, phone number and birthdate and to select a User ID and Password. There is no fee to obtain a SportsLine user ID and password. Once contestants have finished the registration process they can immediately begin playing by following the directions set forth in the sweepstakes area of the CBS SportsLine Service. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the property of the SportsLine.com, Inc. and Honda and will not be returned.
2. Sweepstakes Period/Deadlines:
Starts March 19, 2001 2:00 PM ET and ends April 30, 2001 at 12:00 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 12:00 PM (ET) on April 30, 2001.
3. Eligibility:
To be eligible to win prizes in the Sweepstakes, you must be 18 years of age or older, a legal resident of the 48 Contiguous United States. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees and consultants, and their immediate family members, of SportsLine.com, Inc., CBS Broadcasting, Honda and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies ("Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Immediate family is defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee and consultant.
4. Drawing and Notification:
Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing held on or about May 1, 2001 by SportsLine.com, Inc., whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during ten (10) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received.

6. General:
Grand Prize Winner is required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned within 10 business days of winner's receipt of the documents via certified mail. Failure to execute documents or if winner is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Affidavit/Release is returned as "undeliverable", prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winners' entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winners' names, photographs, likeness, statements, biographical information, voices, and addresses (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless SportsLine.com, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won. Winner and entrants agree that neither the Sweepstakes Administrator nor sponsor shall be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize and/or any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any prize or any part of this Sweepstakes. 8. Limitations of Liability:
Neither Sweepstakes Administrator nor sponsor is responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, entries resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures or faulty transmissions or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entry not received by Sweepstakes Administrator on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at a Website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the Sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sweepstakes Administrator may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if in its sole discretion it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sweepstakes Administrator or Sponsor representatives.
