All other expenses not identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Prize may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

6. General: Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release"). Affidavit/Release must be signed and returned within 5 business days of winner's receipt of the documents via certified mail. Failure by winner to execute documents or if winner is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with the Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. By entering, participants release and hold harmless SportsLine.com, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won. SportsLine.com, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any Member or entrant from participation in the use of any or all portions of this Web site, and refuse to award prize, if Member or entrant engages in any conduct SportsLine.com deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Web site or detrimental to other Members or entrants of the Web site. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during Member registration or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use Member's or entrant personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this Web site. Member or entrant agrees that SportsLine may void any prize that Member or entrant may have won and/or require the return of any prize that Member or entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Member or entrant further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of any prize(s) shall in no way prevent SportsLine from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. In addition, SportsLine also reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the promotion process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the event the fairness or integrity of the promotion is compromised. In the event of cancellation/termination, winner will be selected from among all eligible entries as of the cancellation/termination date. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Limitations of Liability: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries resulting from any reason, including: any hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions; typographical or system errors; problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or computer equipment; or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at a Website, or any combination thereof. Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing the Sweepstakes, downloading any material for the Sweepstakes or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sweepstakes Entities may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize, if in their sole discretion they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sweepstakes Entities representatives. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (see rule 6) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
