The Ripken Museum is located in the Aberdeen City Hall at the intersection of U.S. Route 40 and Bel Air Avenue in downtown Aberdeen, Maryland. Just five minutes from Exit 85 off of I-95.

The city of Aberdeen, hometown of the Ripken family, is only 24 miles from Baltimore and just 68 miles from the nation's capital, Washington, D.C.

Admission prices are: $3 for adults, $2 for Seniors (62+), $1 for students (6-18) and children under 6 are free.

The hours of operation vary throughout the year. The Museum is staffed entirely with volunteers, so it is always best to call and confirm whether the Museum is open 410-273-2525. The scheduled hours are:

Summer hours - Memorial Day Monday through Labor Day - open 7 days a week
Monday thru Friday - Noon till 3:00
Saturday - 11:00 till 4:00
Sunday - Noon till 3:30

Winter hours - Labor Day thru May 1 - open 4 days a week
Fri, Sun & Mon - Noon till 3:00
Saturday - 11:00 till 4:00
Closed Tue, Wed & Thur.

The Month of May - open 5 days a week
Thur, Fri, Sun, & Mon - Noon till 3:00
Saturday - 11:00 till 4:00
