Golf Instruction from The Golf
Channel
This instructional is on the key to getting solid contact on the
clubface, presented by Rina Ritson, of Rina Ritson
Golf Schools, headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
The left hand grip is the most crucial part of the swing. It will
determine the wrist position and clubface contact point.
To make sure you have the proper left hand grip, you should first place
the club on the ground.
Then place your index finger on the clubs grip. Then your next move is
to let your heel pad sit
about a half an inch from the top of the club.
After you have completed the previous steps, you should just pick up the
club in that position. You are sure to have the proper left hand grip if
you follow these steps.
