This instructional is about balance and weight shift.


You want the words, "push", "back" and " lock" to be your key thoughts. Being in a sitting position is not good for proper balance.


To assure good balance and weight shift, put a club across your groin and push back. It will create a good angle for your back and neck. Your balance at this stage should be perfect.


Finally, you want to shift 90% of your weight on the inside of your right foot.
