Jordan's golf center named the best

Michael Jordan may have a way to go to becoming a professional golfer, but he's already made it in the golf range business.

The Michael Jordan Golf Center in Charlotte, N.C., has been named the No. 1 new golf range in North America by the Golf Range Association of America.

Jordan's new facility led a group of 10 new facilities between Alberta and Georgia to be honored by the association.

The development costs for the top 10 averaged around $2.5 million, and included innovations ranging from unique locations to the latest technology.
