Question:I have a bet that you were on the Olympic team for basketball while you were in college, can you help me settle it?

Michael Jordan/Reuters

Michael:I'm not sure who is right -- I guess it depends on how you define "in college." I left the UNC during my junior year to go Pro, and completed my degree at UNC in '86. I played on the '84 Olympic team during the summer after I declared that I was going Pro, and prior to starting with the Bulls.

Question: Dear Michael, Who taught you how to play golf and do you still use a coach?

Michael:A lot of people helped teach me -- mostly my buddies at the UNC while I was in school. I occassionally use a PRO to advise me on improving -- but no one regular. I've come to realize that I'm just a "hack" -- so now I am enjoying just playing without a lot of coaching.

David L. White from Boulder, CO

Question:Michael, What was the best advice you received in terms of preparing for retirement, and to be able to accomplish what you're doing now?

Michael:I received a lot of advice from so many people upon my retirement -- I can't think of one piece that I would call "the best advice." I think the most important pieces of advice related to me spending more time with my family, as well as trying to live for the moment, and enjoy each day as it comes. Of course, my other favorite piece of advice was to golf a lot --- which I try to do!

Question:Are you re-releasing the Jordan XI - heard rumours!

Michael:The Jordan Brand has plans to re-release many of the Air Jordan Shoes -- so watch in stores for upcoming "retro releases."

Damian from Melbourne, Australia

Question:Hi Michael, will you would be coming to the Olympic games?

Michael: Unfortunately my schedule won't permit me to get to Sydney -- but I will be watching on TV and rooting for the USA.
