PHASE I

Sample Sources of Protein, Carbohydrates & Fat Per Meal:

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal
  • Egg Whites
  • 12oz of Water

Lunch:

  • Chicken Breast
  • Brown Rice
  • Vegetables
  • 12oz of Water

Dinner:

  • Fish
  • Baked Potato
  • Broccoli
  • 12oz of Water
