First round: WASHINGTON -- Bob Knight paid $10,000 to coach this game. Then he had to work overtime to win it.
After blowing a 19-point, second-half lead, Indiana scored the first six
points in the extra period as the seventh-seeded Hoosiers won their first NCAA
tournament game in four years, 94-87 over No. 9 seed Oklahoma on Thursday
night.
Oklahoma staged a rally and made up a six-point deficit in the game's final
minute. Corey Brewer's three-point play with 29.7 seconds left forced the extra
period.
