of Palm Springs in early 1995 to manage its newly built Ted
Robinson-designed championship resort course and its municipal course built in 1958.
The City of Palm Springs engaged Arnold Palmer Golf Management to cultivate a high profile image for the two courses, and was adamant about delivering a quality golf experience that surpassed those offered by the competition -- one that visitors would remember and "spread the word" about.
In response, Arnold Palmer Golf Management was the first management company in the industry to incorporate specific and accountable quality standards as a condition of its management contract with a municipal organization.
