LONDON (Ticker) -- Wide receiver Dondre Gilliam of the Scottish Claymores and linebacker Cornelius Anthony of the Barcelona Dragons were named NFL Europe Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week for the period ending May 26, the league announced on Tuesday.

Allocated by the San Diego Chargers, Gilliam had touchdown catches of 37 and 51 yards in the Claymores' 17-13 win over the Amsterdam Admirals.

Allocated by the San Francisco 49ers, Anthony had seven tackles, a sack, an interception, a forced fumble and also returned a blocked punt 25 yards for a touchdown to help Barcelona post a 31-10 victory over Frankfurt.

Special teams honors for Week Seven went to Jordan Younger of the Rhein Fire. Younger returned a kickoff 81 yards for a touchdown to snap a tie in a 24-14 win over Berlin.

The National Player of the Week is German linebacker Anthony Doghmi of the Fire, who had four tackles, one sack and one forced fumble.
