NEW YORK (AP) The YES Network announced Thursday that it has acquired long-term television rights for the New Jersey Nets. The network plans to televise 73 regular-season games, along with two exhibition games, in the upcoming season. Fox Sports previously held the rights to Nets broadcasts. The YES Network is not available in all homes with cable in the New York metropolitan area because a dispute with Cablevision. The New York Yankees are the primary attraction on the new network, but Cablevision has refused to pay the network's asking price of $2 per subscriber.
