TUNIS, Tunisia (AP) Namibia's Frankie Fredericks won the 200-meter run at the African Championships on Saturday, earning his second gold medal as the five-day competition drew to a close. The two-time Olympic silver medalist clocked 20.10 seconds as he raced across the finish line ahead of Ghanaian Abdul Aziz Zakari, who finished .23 seconds later. Fredericks won the 100-meter race on Wednesday. Chad's Kaltouma Nadji won the women's 200 meters in 22.80 seconds, topping her closest rivals by more than a half-second.
