GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) Patty Sheehan shot a 4-under 68 Sunday to win the Women's Senior Golf Tour's Great Lakes Classic by two strokes.

Sheehan, who won six LPGA majors, shot a 54-hole total of 208 to finish ahead of Marilyn Lovander.

Martha Nause and defending champion Hollis Stacy both shot 69s to tie for third, three strokes behind Sheehan.

Sheehan had not won a tournament since the 1996 Dinah Shore Classic, and lost a playoff to Stacy last year in this tournament.

She is U.S. team captain in the Solheim Cup, to be played Sept. 20-22 at Interlachen Country Club in Edina, Minn.
