PHOENIX (AP) Shedrick Bonner threw for 261 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Arizona Rattlers into the Arena Bowl with a 46-35 win over the Chicago Rush on Sunday.

The Rattlers (13-3) will face the San Jose SaberCats, who beat Orlando 52-40 Saturday.

Arizona has been in two Arena League championship games, winning in 1994 and 1997. The Rush (10-6), the Central Division champion, is in its second year of existence.

Bonner, the Rattlers' career passing leader, completed 20 of 33 passes and scored on a 1-yard run to give Arizona a 21-0 lead with 7:21 left in the first half.

He connected with John Peaua on 17-yard pass and Maurice Bryant on a 41-yarder in the second half.

The Rattlers held the Rush scoreless for the first 27 minutes and then held Chicago again until the last play of the third quarter. By then, Arizona led 33-14.

Chicago's Billy Dicken completed 21 of 39 passes for 195 yards, two interceptions and four touchdowns.

The Rush cut the lead to 46-35 with 2:24 left and got the ball with 1:00 left but Dicken threw an interception on the second-to-last play of the game.

Bryant caught six passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns. Randy Gatewood added six catches for 68 yards and a touchdown for Arizona.

Chicago's Antonio Chatman caught seven passes for 28 yards and two touchdowns.
