SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (AP) Awesome Humor won the Adirondack Stakes on Monday at Saratoga Race Course, extending her unbeaten streak to three races.

Awesome Humor, ridden by Pat Day, led throughout the 6½-furlong race for 2-year-old fillies. She kicked away from Stellar when challenged in the final hundred yards and won by 1¼ lengths. She finished in 1:17 3-5 and paid $4.40, $2.70 and $2.20.

Stellar paid $3.40 and $2.40, and Holiday Runner returned $2.40 to show. Before the race, Stellar reared and nearly fell backward.

Awesome Humor made her first start for WinStar Farm and trainer Elliott Walden since being purchased privately from Tom Durant.
