Columbia @ Boston College
Current Records: Columbia 2-3; Boston College 3-3
What to Know
The Columbia Lions' road trip will continue as they head to Silvio O. Conte Forum at 2 p.m. ET Friday to face off against the Boston College Eagles. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W.'
It looks like Columbia got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They took a 79-72 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lehigh Mountain Hawks.
Meanwhile, BC was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Sunday as they fell 71-65 to the Rhode Island Rams. Despite the loss, the Eagles had strong showings from forward James Karnik, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds, and guard Jaeden Zackery, who had 19 points.
Columbia have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 15.50 point spread they are up against. Those who got lucky with them against the spread on Tuesday might want to hold off on placing bets this time since the team has yet to string together back-to-back wins against the spread.
Columbia is now 2-3 while BC sits at 3-3. The Lions are 1-1 after losses this year, BC 0-2.
