Cameron Crazies throw shade at Tar Heels with sign linking Roger Goodell to UNC

The home atmosphere for a Duke game is one of the most rowdy in all of college basketball. The well-known "Cameron Crazies" light up the arena every night the Blue Devils suit up in Durham. So on Thursday, against its cross-state rival North Carolina, the craziness was taken up a notch.

Before the big game got started and before the madness took off at the famous Cameron Indoor Stadium, two fans were spotted in the crowd holding a sign that took a funny poke at Roger Goodell and UNC fans all in one:

Goodell, as you know, is the NFL Commissioner. He has absolutely nothing to do with college basketball or Duke or North Carolina for that matter. I mean, the guy graduated from Washington & Jefferson College!

But if there's been one hot topic recently it's been the Super Bowl, Tom Brady, and Roger Goodell -- the latter of which is disliked by a large group of the public. Personally, I always feel like any Nickelback references crush in the poster world. But this is a nice touch that references a recent event and trending topic while still managing to heave a decent amount of shade at a rival.

Duke won the game, 86-78, behind Grayson Allen's 25-point showing.
