NCIS: Los Angeles cast mates LL Cool J and Eric Christian Olsen are in first and second place in the CBSSports.com Celebrity Bracket Challenge, heading into the final weekend of the NCAA Tournament.
It's basically come down to two -- LL Cool J and Eric Christian Olsen.
|Celebrity Brackets Standings|
|LL Cool J||81||43-17||Kentucky|
|Eric Christian Olsen||76||40-20||Florida|
|Florida Georgia Line||73||43-17||Mich. State|
Since no celebrity has Connecticut or Wisconsin winning it all, it's a showdown between the two stars.
LL Cool J, who stars as Senior Special Agent Sam Hanna on the CBS hit drama, has gone 43-17 with 81 points. He missed on Michigan State and Arizona in the Final Four, but is title game is still alive, picking Kentucky to beat Florida in the title game.
Olsen, who plays Detective Marty Deeks, picked Florida to beat Louisville. He lost Iowa State, but did correctly select Wisconsin to the reach the Final Four.
"[The Gators] are the most consistent team in the dance," said Olsen. "Street tough, rock solid defense. Michael Frazier can drop 3's like Stephen Curry, and Scottie Wilbekin has the experience to carry the droughts. Sweep the leg Johnny! Sweep the leg!"
Olsen, who is also a big fantasy football fan, loves college basketball and the NCAA Tournament.
"It's passion at its height," said Olsen. "No money, no endorsements, just the love of the game with no guarantees."
Bill Cowher, Brian Dietzen and Reno Wilson all have 73 points and can move into a tie for second place if Florida wins, but if that happens, they will fall short of first place by three points to Olsen.
