Duke star Marvin Bagley will miss his fourth consecutive game Wednesday as he continues to recover from a "mild right knee sprain," the school announced hours before the game.

Bagley, a freshman who is leading the ACC in both scoring and rebounding this season, suffered the injury Feb. 8 in the first half of Duke's cross-state rivalry game vs. North Carolina. He is averaging 21.2 points and 11.4 rebounds per game this season.

Although Bagley has a case for national player of the year and has been absolutely vital to its success this season, Duke hasn't skipped a beat. The Blue Devils have gone 3-0 since he went down with wins over Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech and Clemson.

No. 5 Duke faces Louisville Wednesday night at home on ESPN at 9 p.m. ET.
