Eye on College Basketball Podcast: We've gotta talk North Carolina
Gary Parrish and USA Today's Nicole Auerbach talk about the Tar Heels' strange season, Michigan's early struggles, Duke's benching of Rasheed Sulaimon and more.
I sat down early Thursday with USA Today college basketball reporter Nicole Auerbach to look back, look ahead and discuss a number of issues within the sport. Among them:
- Is North Carolina the most confusing team ever?
- Is Duke finally straight after that win over Michigan?
- Is Michigan missing Trey Burke more than we anticipated?
- Should Arizona really be the new No. 1?
- Does Arizona's win over SDSU look better today than it did when it happened?
Beyond that, we spent some time talking about the East Coast bias, ice storms, cold weather and difficult moments we've both endured entering and leaving the Breslin Center.
