Final Four Lookahead: Louisville vs. Wichita State

The biggest story coming out of Louisville's win over Duke on Sunday will not be the Cardinals going to the Final Four. The major focus is on the gruesome leg injury that sophomore guard Kevin Ware suffered late in the first half. While we will certainly keep you updated on all the developments -- the latest is that he has a broken leg and could undergo surgery on Sunday night -- part of us also has to look ahead to Atlanta.

Louisville advances to take on 9 seed Wichita State, which held off a late rally by Ohio State to win the West Regional on Saturday night. Both teams are playing well at the right time, and top overall seed Louisville will be the national championship favorite heading into the Final Four. The Cardinals have won 14 in a row, while Cinderella-story Wichita State shook off three losses in five games to beat Pittsburgh, Gonzaga, La Salle and Ohio State in the NCAA tournament.

Looking ahead, the key for Wichita State will be taking care of the ball. Louisville can turn a one-possession game into a 14-point blowout in the blink of an eye, with Peyton Siva and Russ Smith creating havoc on the defensive end. The Shockers also have to contain dribble penetration -- which they did very well against La Salle and Ohio State.

Wichita State's best chance will be to knock down perimeter shots -- an area in which it has drastically improved over the past three games -- and to crash the offensive glass.

Louisville will have the emotional edge and the talent edge, but can Wichita State pull off another upset?
