Former JUCO standout Jameel McKay commits to Iowa State
Jameel McKay, who enrolled at Marquette but transferred without ever playing a game, has committed to Iowa State, a source told CBSSports.com on Tuesday.
The development was first reported by the Ames Tribune.
McKay transferred to Marquette from Indian Hills Community College in Iowa, where he was ranked as the third-best prospect in junior college. The 6-foot-8 forward decided to leave Marquette last month. He will likely enroll at Iowa State next month and be eligible next season.
